Gather theoritical foundations of the "Teaching Equality" training workshops intended at early childhood professionals ;
Present general recommendations for an educational intervention towards children and parents that is free of gender stereotypes.

Brief description of the issue
The Strategies for equality in school retention project allowed us to develop, in 2018, an intervention guide targeted at early childhood educators to support them in challenging gender stereotypes with children. This guide was updated and improved in 2025 to gather the majority of the early childhood training content from the Teaching Equality project.
