Gather theoritical foundations of the "Teaching Equality" training workshops intended at elementary level professionals ;
Present general recommendations for an educational intervention towards students that is free of gender stereotypes.
Brief description of the issue
The Strategies for equality in school retention project allowed us to develop, in 2018, an intervention guide targeted at school staff to support them in challenging gender stereotypes with children. This guide was updated and improved in 2026 to gather the majority of the elementary-level training content from the Teaching Equality project.
